What a great hotel located in a very convenient spot, central to everything and close enough to Buc-ees for those fanatics. The staff was a great mix of polite and friendly. The room was clean and very comfortable, although the sheets were stained. The pool was nice and refreshing but the hot tub stole the show, or maybe my body just needed that warmth to relax in. Breakfast was a nice little surprise with hot foods such as eggs, potatoes, and sausage, plus the usual fare for a Continental Breakfast such as waffles, cold cereals, breads, fruits, etc. I will definitely plan on coming back for another stay when I'm going to be in New Braunfels. I also recommend staying here as well.

The hotel as a whole was great. The staff was nice, I did not make it to breakfast but my parents said it was good, the rooms are clean and spacious (I prefer wooden floors over carpet), the beds were a great size, the restrooms were good, everything was clean, and the parking was safe (meaning well-lit, and surrounded by a fence). I did not get any photos of my stay.

Location is great - just a block away from the freeway with easy access. Near the venue we were in town to attend. Plenty of fast food and restaurants in the area. Plenty of well-lit parking all around the hotel. The room was perfect and exactly as I requested; Upper floor away from the elevators'. I slept especially well, great mattress and the floor was especially quiet! The bathroom and amenities were excellent. We didn't have time to try out the indoor swimming pool but definitely will on our next visit. Breakfast was available from 6 - 10 AM. Everything was great. Personnel were friendly and smiling. I highly recommend this location. FIVE STARS!

For the most part the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The A/C worked well and they also had a fan in the room which was a bonus in late July. The location was perfect. Only about a mile and a half from Gruene and plenty of food, coffee, and other things in walking distance. I would stay again.

Quiet and comfortable, Available handicap parking. Nice efficient staff. TV on blitz until wonderful employee Anthony came to replace. So kind and attentive. Ease to get to. Nice location for east about town activities.

I loved the Texas shaped waffles for breakfast. The pool and hot tub were awesome as well. Beds were comfy!

The staff was polite, well-mannered and helpful.The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is the standard hotel fare. The towels were a bit scratchy but they were clean and there were plenty available in the bathroom. The beds are soft, clean, and comfortable. I recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

We loved this hotel. We definitely recommend to our friends and family. The location was amazing. The hot breakfast waa great and tge indoor heated pool was definetly a plus. Also the room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable and the microwave and refrigerator was very convenient.

The hotel is spacious with alot of seating in the large lobby. My room was very nice with a comfortable bed and quality and cozy bedding . I was interested in visiting Gruene , the historic villiage to the west of New Braunfels. It was just a 30 minute walk for me from the Hotel !

Awesome ... Clean.... Staff helpful. WILL STAY AGAIN FOOD HAD SCRAMBLED EGGS, DICED POTATOES, SAUSAGE, PANCAKES, JUICE Coffee etc.. Plain bagels, no danish but small muffins...NICE FOR FREE BREAKFAST Some billing issues when you extend stay.... INDOOR POOL WAS GREAT NOT HEATED WELL BUT HOT TUB MADE UP FOR IT. THEY DO NEED TO CODE ROOM KEYS FOR POOL. THEY HAD LOST KEY CARD TO POOL.. STAYED FOR WORK. JUST A BIT OF TRAFFIC ISSUE GETTING OUT OF PARKING LOT AT HIGH TRAFFIC TIMES. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN
